Privacy Policy

We collect the information you submit in the risk checker, including rental situation, city, employment type, income range, desired rent, optional email, and optional contact requests.

If you use the Japanese message generator, we process the area, rent target, move timing, and selected situation only to generate the template and improve product analytics.

We also collect lightweight product events such as page views, checker starts, report views, language changes, and waitlist submissions. These events use an anonymous session identifier and help us understand whether the service is useful.

We use this information to generate your self-check report, improve the risk rules, understand demand by city and situation, and contact you if you explicitly request follow-up.

If report email delivery is configured, we may store delivery status such as sent, failed, or skipped so we can monitor whether requested reports are being delivered.

Do not submit passport numbers, residence card numbers, My Number, bank account numbers, or other sensitive identity numbers. You may request deletion of your email-linked records by contacting the site operator through the contact page.

Aggregated and anonymized statistics may be used to improve the product and publish market insights. We do not sell personal contact information.
